RC Telecom

RC Telecom was founded in 1991 by Sam McMichael. Sam retired from AT&T, after 30 years of dedicated service as a telephone technician. Six years later in 1997, Steve Johnson joined RC Telecom as a partner. Steve’s previous experience includes 12 years as an electrical and telephone technician at School District 6, and 3 years as a telephone and network wiring technician at North Colorado Medical Center

Steve and his wife, Paula, bought RC Telecom, and proudly continue to provide their clients with excellent service and solutions. Steve and Paula started a management strategy that competitively offers clients the best cabling and telephone services. Due to RC Telecom’s dedication to their clients, in 2011, the were recognized by the Northern Colorado Business Report in as the third fastest growing company in the area.

 

Our Goals

Our goal at RC Telecom is to provide excellent service to each of our loyal customers. You can count on us for the best results of telecommunication solutions, including installations up-to-code and testing on all networking cables using Fluke testers. Our technicians are Fluke 1800 Carrier Certified, and are trained to handle all of your networking and telecommunication needs.

We know that as a small to medium business owner, your time is valuable. That’s why we can take care of your phone or low-voltage cabling. Our technicians will keep you informed, and welcome your input to find the best fit for your needs, always at reasonable prices

After we complete your installation, one of our trained technicians will walk you through how to use your new phone system. If during your first 30 days, you decide you would like some programming changes, they will be completely free, to ensure your system is perfect for your needs.

I highly recommend!! RC Telecom rewired our entire building with CAT6 and did an excellent job. One of the surprises I didn’t expect and haven’t seen with other similar contractors included extremely neat layout up to the server cabinet.
